International Business Club GLOBUS

The International Business Club GLOBUS was established in Moscow. The purpose of the Club is to form around the business environment involving businessmen who conduct competition in accordance with to the laws and principles of morals, to realize socially significant joint projects and provide assistance to public and state organizations in their struggle against the international terrorism.

GLOBUS aspires to prove by its activity that the confrontation and rigid competition between the countries is not a unique way to economic prosperity; thus the special attention is given to strengthening of cooperation between Russia and the Arabian-Muslim world. For this reason the International Business Club has chosen the motto: "Integration and cooperation in the name of progress".

Founders of the Club appeal to statesmen and politicians, art workers and scientists, industrialists and businessmen, everyone who values the ideals of democracy and freedom, for whom the future of our countries and peoples is not just abstraction, to join the movement and become active members of GLOBUS.

Goals, Plans, Prospects.

 

The basic contribution which can and should bring the Club into a common deal of struggle against the international terrorism, is to promote, in maximum, the increase of the amount of workplaces, provision of worthy wages and improvement of life quality of the basic part of the population of our countries.

The activities of the Club devoted to realize joint social programs of education, public health services, environment protection and other problems to be solved by world community in 21st century, reasonable combination of effective mechanisms of market competition and experience of interstate humanitarian cooperation should become determining.

This principle will allow to promote maximally the attraction of investments to realize power-saving projects and projects of environment protection; in due time resolve problems of provision of population by potable water, full-fledged foodstuff, effective medical preparations and equipment, modern transportation and connection facilities; to introduce in life information technologies and the newest ways of communication.

Creation of effective systems of information supply of potential Russian and foreign investors and the organization of conditions for development of mutually advantageous business is one of priority tasks of the Club.

In its daily work the GLOBUS will promote, in every possible way, the development of the interstate cooperation focused on the decision of social noncommercial projects in interests of the population.

The Club is developing its branches in many regions of Russia and behind its boundaries. Foreign Club representatives are foreign companies and businessmen who can receive all necessary information about conditions of corresponding business in Russia, its areas, regions and republics; be familiarized with investment projects and offers made be the Russian companies; find foreign partners on business and establish the business contacts with institutions of executive authority and public organizations.

Respect for a history, culture, traditions and order in countries, where the foreign representatives of IBC are positioned, will help the Club to perform its activity, taking into account the prospects of development and priorities of foreign policy, and in the full consent with the motto: "Integration and Cooperation In The Name Of Progress".

The International Business Club GLOBUS objectives are devoted to:

-create and conduct database on Russian regions, enterprises of various ownership, free economic zones, directive and statutory acts regulating foreign investors activities; existing and potential investors, offers on investment cooperation of foreign and Russian companies and businessmen ;

-realize actions directed on provision of protection of the investment information from non-authorized access, preservation of a trade secret;

- assist Russian and foreign enterprises, companies and businessmen in search of investment opportunities and business partners, active search and work with potential foreign investors;

-provide consulting, methodical, technical and other kind of assistance to the Russian and foreign enterprises and businessmen for providing the effective cooperation between them;

-assist in organization of business tours of the Russian businessmen abroad and foreign businessmen to Russia;

- organize international seminars, conferences and exhibitions on questions of cooperation development of the Russian companies and businessmen with foreign business - community;

- prepare, edit and distribute information and promotional materials about conditions and opportunities of foreign investment in Russia.

The Club members is composed with individuals and legal entities supporting the basic purposes of the Club, assisting the decision of its problems.

The club bears the responsibility for the Russian businessmen recommended by it for partnership with foreign business - community.

The major precondition of IBC successful functioning is an ability to build the constructive relations with other organizations, institutions, groups of people and individuals, both inside the organization, and outside of it on which depends the attitude to the Club, its reputation, presence of resources, realization of the group purposes and interests touching all society, stability of existence.

Collective character of the purposes materialized in activity of GLOBUS assumes coordination of activity of people and organizations divided in space (the states, the nations, groups, parties, etc.), that is possible only using the special means of information transfer- mass-media, СМК, providing unity of will, integrity and a uniform actions orientation of set of people.

The mass-media act in a civil society as the tool of dialogue between various social groups. Such dialogue, based on journalistic ethics and rules of business dealing in sphere of mass-media, is capable to consolidate society, educate people politically, to develop in them self-respect. Last aspect is especially important for GLOBUS publishing center, starting in 2006 to the edition of its magazine and appendices to it.

The magazine assumes a review of mutual relations of authority and business, the documents, influencing a situation in the Russian business, the comments of economists, top-management, lawyers; the publication of the materials devoted to activity of Club members, to their successes, a way of life, plans and prospects.

The GLOBUS Internet site, planned to be created in the near future, will enable to adjust the widest mutual dialogue between all those, who are interested in this project.

The challenges barely designated at the end of the last century, were distinctly cleared up with their severe reality in the beginning of this century:

• terrorism as a threat to any one inhabiting the planet;
• ecological disasters and information wars;
• social deformations in the world, promptly, from the historical point of view, now enter era of globalizm.

Search for adequate response to rigid challenges of the 3rd Millennium and similar objectives are the strategic tasks allotted by UN High Level Panel in the UN Millennium Development Goals drafted for the period up to 2015.

To achieve effectively such goals the Panel shall promote:

• universal creation of new workplaces and equal opportunities for getting an education and medical aid with the purpose to decrease twice the portion of population having the income less than one dollar a day and suffering from famine; triple - death rate among children in the age of above five years old and maternal death rate;
• monitoring in Russia, CIS and other countries a creation of hi-tech power-saving projects, directed to improve life quality and allowing to fight starvation and not those who starve, poverty and not those who are poor and live in misery, this was an idea proposed to the world business community by Mamma Mammaev, acting deputy of the RF State Duma, vice-president of State Duma Defense Committee, who established International Business Club GLOBUS as a necessary first step to realize his program. This idea was put into an international project which found a wide support in Russia, in Commonwealth of Independent States, at people living in different continents, professing different religions, adhering different traditions.

The organization of efficient system of information and financial flows inside the project will be a base for its realization. With this purpose GLOBUS makes preparations to issue its journal, create business - receptions and business plans base, supposed to allow business partners to invest into effective projects, participate in mutually beneficial business, have productive cooperation in the name of program realization.

The world business community is achieving great interest in GLOBUS. Today this organization is uniting politicians, financiers, businessmen and entrepreneurs, being aware of the social responsibility of businesses.

GLOBUS is open for adherents from business circles, those, who, in the real market conditions, without excessive ambitions and authoritativeness, following universal ideals and values, will promote in every possible way the Ideas of International Business Club.
